Bartender – Olive + Oak

What You’ll Bring to the Bar
Pro Bartender Chops – 2 + years behind a high-volume, craft-focused bar; confident with classic builds, modern riffs, and thoughtful zero-proof creations.
Wine & Spirits Savvy – Comfortable guiding guests through our 500-label list and spirit selections; WSET/Cicerone certifications a plus, curiosity a must.
Show-Time Hospitality – Charisma, maturity, and the instinct to read the room—welcoming regulars back by name while making first-timers feel like regulars.
Team-First Mind-Set – You collaborate with servers, food runners, and the kitchen to keep service smooth and guests delighted.

Key Technical Skills & Requirements
Mastery of classic recipe proportions, bar tool use, and draft system use and basic maintenance.
Ability to batch, prep, and manage service bar mise en place for a 150-seat dining room.
POS fluency (Toast experience a bonus) and money-handling accuracy.
Commitment to safe and responsible alcohol service.
Requires prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and maneuvering throughout bar and service areas .
Must be able to work in fast-paced, high-energy settings with varying temperatures and stress levels.
Heavy customer interaction and problem-solving required.
Availability on nights and weekends is essential.
