Job description
Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead daily bar operations in our fast-paced, guest-focused resort environment. This role oversees bartenders and barbacks, ensuring exceptional service, quality drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere aligned with our tribal values. Responsibilities include scheduling and training staff, monitoring cash handling and POS accuracy, maintaining inventory and ordering, and enforcing alcohol, health, and safety regulations. The Bar Supervisor partners with leadership on promotions and events while modeling teamwork, respect, and service excellence.
