Part-Time: 10 hours / month
Salary Range: $150 / hour

Summary
Embedded in the Barnstable Police Department, the Co-Response Program Clinical Supervisor will provide overall clinical and operational oversight of the Co-Response Program.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Provide Administrative and Clinical support for Co-Response Clinician(s) and law enforcement agencies as needed
Participate in the screening and hiring process of Co-Response Clinician(s)
Responsible for coordinating, training, and orientation of newly hired Co-Response Clinician(s)
Maintains oversight of all programmatic clinical documentation
Coordinate and facilitate monthly Co-Response Program Operations Meetings
Provide and document regular supervision with Co-Response Clinician(s)

Ability to establish rapport with consumers, family members, law enforcement and service providers
Requirements
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or related field
Current Massachusetts independent practice licensure in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Social Work (LICSW), or Psychology (LP/HSP)
Must have working knowledge of current version of the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders
Four+ years' experience in crisis work (preferred)
Strongly prefer a candidate that has direct experience with the Co-Response model in a law enforcement agency
