Machine OperatorAll new hires will complete training on the 1st shift:6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–FridayTraining may last up to 15 weeksAfter completing training, you will move to the hired shift:2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday–Friday ($22.00/hr)3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Sunday- Thursday ($23.00/hr)Starting Pay:1st Shift: $21.00/hrOvertimeCertain areas work 2 to 4 hours before or after a scheduled shift. We offer hands-on training and growth opportunities across multiple manufacturing processes in a team-focused environment.Position OverviewAs a Machine Operator, you'll operate production equipment, ensure product quality, and support efficient manufacturing operations. This role involves loading and unloading parts, monitoring cycle times, and performing inspections to meet safety and quality standards.Ideal CandidateReliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
