We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests while serving a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in beverage preparation and knowledge of fine dining will enhance our patrons' experience must have open availablity.
*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
* Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
* Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
* Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
* Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred, particularly in fine dining establishments.
* Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
* Familiarity with brewing techniques or catering services is a plus.
* Knowledge of food handling practices is essential to maintain health standards.
* Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is advantageous. xzgxqkn
