BAS/HVAC Controls Specialist - International Travel
$90,000 - $115,000

We are a leading BAS/BMS Controls provider whose expertise in building controls and energy services has been recognized nationally. Our approach tailors solutions utilizing diverse technologies to enhance the building performance of our customers across multiple industries.
We are looking for an experienced controls technician with a strong building automation/HVAC controls background to service our overseas federal projects. NOTE: If you have a TS/SCI clearance and strong programming skills, you can live and work remotely from anywhere in the US while stateside. If you do not have that clearance, you will be required to relocate to Alabama.
Responsibilities
You will do the programming while in the US and then go overseas to implement everything top to bottom.
Expected overseas travel is 30-40 weeks per year, typically in 3-5 week increments.
While abroad, you will typically have escorts to and from sites, and depending on the project/site, they will provide lodging and drivers to the site, etc.

Required Qualifications (MUST HAVE)
Willingness to travel and live overseas for multi-week stints
Strong BAS/BMS or HVAC controls experience with one or more of the following BAS/BMS systems: Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider Electric, ALC, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or other
Ability to obtain a government security clearance
Controls programming experience
Nice to Have
Tridium Niagara experience (and N4 certification)
TS/SCI clearance
