Job description
At D1 Sandy Springs, a D1 Training facility, we provide sport‑specific training for youth, high school, and club athletes aiming for the next level—from varsity to college recruitment.

What You’ll Do
Design and coach baseball‑specific speed, agility, rotational power, and skill development sessions.
Work 1‑on‑1 and in small groups with athletes at every stage.
Bring energy, structure, and real baseball IQ to every session.
Help athletes build the physical foundation to compete at the D1 level.
What We’re Looking For
Playing and/or coaching experience in baseball (club, high school, or college level a plus).
Strong communication skills and a passion for developing young athletes.
Certification in strength & conditioning or willingness to obtain (CSCS, CPT, or similar).
Reliable, coachable, team‑first mindset.
