If you're curious, resilient, and ready to grow, you'll find the space to lead, innovate, and together with us Meet the needs beyond tomorrow.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Clean weld burns, deburr acid etc.May need to operate small tools and use fixtures to accomplish tasks.Setup and prepare equipment for grinding, such as belts for O.D. and I.D. grinder, make up grinding wheels and belts for grinder, etc.Must be able to perform more minimal, non-cosmetic grinding/polishing.Must meet quality standardsMust meet assigned labor routing timesMust have prompt and regular attendance.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:WORKING CONDITION:General plant environmentWHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVEREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.Must have good hand-eye coordination.Must be able to operate grinding equipment.Follow all safety rules, policies and procedures.Must report all accidents/injuries to department supervisor immediately.Keep work area clean, neat and orderlyAbility to work with others as a team to complete processesEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:A high school diploma or GED is requiredOUR CULTURE IN 4 WORDSBe Customer Obsessed.
