Batch Plant OperatorThe ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will work to operate the batch plant and place concrete safely and accurately to maintain efficient and quality production.Job Responsibilities:Operate mixer control panelDump mix from tub into pour bucketPlacement of concrete in forms via overhead crane operationOperate a forklift / loaderProperly weigh materials for mix, operate mixer and deliver mix in a timely mannerMaintain housekeeping and quality standardsOther responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.Job Requirements:Minimum high school diploma or equivalentAt least 1 year experience in related industry preferredOverhead crane experience preferredAbility to perform basic mathematical skills such as reading fractions and a tape measureAbility to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the dayAble to communicate effectively with team membersWhat CRH Offers You:Highly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRH:CRH has a long and proud heritage.
