Batch Preparation / Formulation Specialist – Consumer Health
Location: Summit, NJ
Pay Rate: $38.78/hr. W2
Employment: W2 Contract

We are seeking a Batch Preparation / Formulation Specialist to support the preparation, testing, documentation, and optimization of consumer health product batches in a laboratory/production environment.
Responsibilities:
Formulate and prepare batches of consumer health products according to established protocols and specifications.
Conduct experiments and trials to optimize formulations and improve product quality.
Maintain accurate documentation of batch formulations, processes, and results.
Ensure documentation complies with applicable regulatory requirements and company procedures.
Monitor and evaluate batch quality throughout the production process.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to investigate and resolve discrepancies or product issues.
Work cross-functionally with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production teams.
Participate in team meetings and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Support development of new products and formulations through laboratory research and testing.
Stay current with applicable laboratory practices, industry developments, and formulation techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline required.
Hands-on laboratory experience.
Experience with batch preparation, formulation development, laboratory testing, or related activities.
Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills.
Knowledge of quality control methods and laboratory practices.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a laboratory/production environment.
