Job TitleGeneral PurposePerform operation of case packaging machines according to case pack configurations.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate case-packers and perform quality checks as requiredMaintain and clean the case packer and surrounding equipment according to guidelines and expectationsInspect finished product before being casedReact and resolve any alarm issues related to the case packerReport any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediatelyMaintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issuesFollow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredProduction or general work experience preferredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAble to follow directions and carry out instructionsAble to effectively work in a team environmentAble to legibly write entries for record keepingAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsMust be able to read, write and speak EnglishAn Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
