Job description
American Canyon Fire Protection District is accepting applications for Battalion Chief to plan, direct, coordinate and supervise daily Fire District activities on an assigned shift basis; provides technical supervision in fire suppression, prevention, emergency rescue, training and command operations when needed.
The Battalion Chief reports to the Assistant Fire Chief and oversees fire suppression and district programs, mentoring staff and coordinating with surrounding agencies.
