Battery Technician Lithium LineCirba Solutions is the most trusted and complete battery solution partner in the world. Contributing to the CIRCULAR ECONOMY model is our core focus.The Battery Technician Lithium Line is responsible for performing various tasks to set up and operate equipment in order to complete the process of recycling lithium batteries while ensuring the machine produces high quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity and is properly maintained. We believe in employee development and will provide opportunities for training and growth.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsures health and safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner.Daily set up of equipment for operationOperate equipment according to SOPs.Maintain and clean filter press.Make adjustments to equipment when necessary to improve performance.Operating a forklift to move finished product.Comply with all environmental, health and safety regulations.Clean equipment and maintain cleanliness in work area.QUALIFICATIONSFrequently lift 10-40 pounds individually, and over 40 pounds with a team member.Forklift experience.Knowledge of machinery and tools.Understanding of operating procedures.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Attention to detail.Teamwork and communication skills.Lockout/Tagout Experience.EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or GEDBenefitsMedical, dental, & visionHSA/HRA/FSAEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with employer matchWellness programs and incentivesLife & Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, & Hospital IndemnityPaid Time Off80 hours of paid company holidaysCirba Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
