Job description
Alpha, a private Bay Area K-12 school, is hiring an Associate Director of Admissions to grow enrollment at one campus (Palo Alto or San Rafael). You will build demand, manage relationships, and guide families through inquiry to onboarding, largely outside the building in the early days.
The role requires 3+ years in premium client-facing roles, ownership of outcomes, and hands-on use of AI tools in client workflows.
