Job description
Alpha School is hiring an Associate Director of Admissions to grow enrollment at one Bay Area campus. You will cultivate relationships, own inquiries, needs assessments, tours, and onboarding, and you will be the trusted face for families considering the Alpha model.
You will work on-site at a Palo Alto or San Rafael campus, engaging with families, hosting open houses, and defending data-driven admissions decisions to analytical parents, while building a scalable local playbook.
