Job description
SPS is seeking a Senior Business Development leader to dominate the California market and drive planning engagements for large condominium projects. The role reports to the Executive VP and offers a fast-track path to national leadership while building a regional playbook.
You will secure 10 Savings BluePrint engagements annually, cultivate top referral networks, and guide multi-stakeholder cycles over 12–18 months. Strong leadership, market fluency, and autonomous scheduling are essential.
