Job description
Core Legacy is seeking a Managing Director / Market Leader for the greater San Francisco Bay Area to drive growth, oversee development, and deepen external relationships with land sellers, brokers, lenders, and investors. The role focuses on high-value deals, with a dedicated team and cross-functional support.
You will source and underwrite complex opportunities, oversee full-cycle development from land control to delivery, and guide capital strategy with the President of Development.
