Competitive salary with productivity model
~2-year partnership track
Partnership Track:
No buy-in opportunity at productivity (typically ~2 years)
All profits equally allocated to partners based on their FTE %, not on their tenure
Ideal Candidate:
BC/BE eligible in nephrology
Ability to obtain Florida unrestricted medical license
