Job description
Ochsner Health in Louisiana seeks a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide direct behavioral services under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement and monitor intervention plans, collect data, train staff, and support clients with ASD or developmental challenges, collaborating with families and teams.
The role requires a BCaBA license, a Bachelor's degree, strong ABA knowledge, and excellent communication while upholding ethical, evidence-based practices.
