Job description
Autism care is evolving, and we’re building a new model where children, families, and therapists are truly at the center.
We’re inviting you to help build a Human-First future in autism care.
At Bright Pathways, we believe care is at its best when it’s rooted in relationships, presence, and purpose . Families, children, and therapists all deserve a system designed with them at the center.
That’s why we’re building something different — a place where the way we work, the way we think, and even the words we use reflect what we value most: people .
We don’t refer to children as “cases” or talk about “discharges.” You’ll hear us speak about partnerships , growth plans , and next chapters — because this work isn’t transactional. It’s relational . And deeply human .
We believe that every person — whether a child, a family, or a therapist — holds a depth you can’t see on the surface. Like an ocean that looks simple from above, there’s so much color beneath. Our job is to honor that depth, build systems that reflect it, and never stop seeing people as whole.
This isn’t just our culture — it’s our core . And it starts with the people we bring in early — people like you .
What We’re Offering
A Real Seat at the Table – Your voice helps shape our future. You’ll be part of building, not just delivering
True Flexibility – Your life and well-being matter. We design your role around you
A Human-First Culture – Built on trust, kindness, collaboration, and care — not pressure or micromanagement
Purposeful Innovation – Thoughtful use of tools and tech to simplify your workflow, not complicate it
Your Role
Deliver meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth under BCBA supervision
Guide and support RBTs as collaborators
Work with families in ways that feel relational, empowering, and respectful
Help shape our clinical model and company culture as we grow
You Belong Here If You:
Are a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) licensed in Texas
Are craving more than just a job — you want to help build a better system
Believe therapy should feel personal, not procedural
Are energized by the idea of doing things differently and humanely
Compensation
$70,000–$90,000
(And yes — this post says “BCaBA” because that’s the system we’re in. But what we’re really looking for is a partner — someone who sees beyond the title and shares our mission to bring humanity back to care.)
If this speaks to you, let’s connect!
