Job description
Children Making Strides is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and supervise ABA therapy programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
The role emphasizes data-driven interventions, collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team, training of RBTs, and meticulous documentation.
