Job description
Bright Pathways is expanding its human-first autism care model across Texas, delivering relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth under BCBA supervision. We seek a BCaBA who shares our mission to put people first and build a system that honors depth and humanity.
You will guide RBTs, collaborate with families, and contribute to evolving our clinical model and culture as we grow, joining a team that values trust, kindness, and purposeful innovation in care.
