Job description
Bright Pathways in Texas is seeking a BCaBA to deliver relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth under BCBA supervision. You will partner with families and supervise RBTs to build a care model centered on people.
This role offers meaningful autonomy, true flexibility, and a human-first culture as we grow our clinical model. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually.
