Job description
D & M Behavioral Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to supervise RBTs, coach caregivers, and guide treatment plans toward real-life outcomes. From our Pembroke Pines, FL location, you’ll work part-time or full-time, with supervision from a D & M BCBA at no cost and opportunities to pursue BCBA credentials.
Responsibilities include direct ABA services, supervising RBTs, leading caregiver training, and ensuring program fidelity with data-driven assessments.
