Job description
D & M Behavioral Solutions in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a full‑time BCaBA to supervise RBTs, coach caregivers, and ensure real‑life effectiveness of treatment plans. The role combines direct ABA sessions with supervision visits and data review.
You will lead caregiver training, draft updates for your supervising BCBA, and contribute to assessments and treatment plan updates. BCaBA supervision from a D & M BCBA is provided at no cost, with potential BCBA-pathway support.
