Job description
ICM, Inc. in Arkadelphia, AR is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee and implement treatment plans for children with autism through the EPSDT-ABA program. Daily and weekly responsibilities include training staff, updating assessments, and ensuring evidence-based practices are followed.
This position requires BCBA certification, experience in ABA therapy, and a flexible schedule. The candidate should be comfortable working with children and provide ongoing education to family members.
