About the Role:
Home Link International Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Vineland, NJ. This is an exciting in-person opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families through evidence-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Design, implement, and oversee ABA therapy programs for clients in accordance with BACB standards
Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff
Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and program modifications
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a BCBA in the state of New Jersey
Experience conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or other behavioral assessments
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, DTT, NET, and behavior intervention strategies
Previous experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams
Ability to work in-person and travel locally within the Vineland, NJ area as needed
