Job description
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Mount Holly area is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team and oversee a small caseload. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data from sessions with families, and adjust individualized treatment plans accordingly.
We require BCBA certification and at least 1 year of relevant experience. This full-time role offers an attractive benefits plan, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, competitive pay of 85k–95k, and up to $6,000 in annual incentive pay.
