Job description
Lighthouse CH in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Part-Time BCBA / LBA with strong mentorship opportunities. You will conduct FBAs and design positive behavior support plans to fit each child’s world, while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
As a Lighthouse BCBA, you’ll coach RBTs, monitor progress with data, and adjust programming to help families reach milestone victories. Master’s in ABA with BCBA certification is required; LBA is highly preferred. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
