Job description
Blue Bird Day, LLC in Wheaton, IL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Therapeutic Day Program. This full-time role offers a 40-hour week, a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and a focus on autism and related neurodiverse needs.
You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs and ABA students, mentor staff, and collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, and social workers in a multidisciplinary clinic.
