BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Dupont, WA
Join Magnolia Behavior Therapy as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in our DuPont, WA treatment center. This full‑time position offers a supportive, fun work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Responsibilities
Provide ABA therapy to children with autism
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs)
Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Our Ideal Candidate
Current WA State license as an LBA
Certified BCBA
Strong work ethic with patience and resilience
Passionate about helping children
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable transportation
Qualifications
LBA license in WA and BCBA certification
Pass criminal background check
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA therapy, autism, education, precision teaching, clinical direction, or management of others
