Job Type: Part-time with room to grow
Why Lighthouse?
At Lighthouse, we don't just talk about a "supportive environment", we built one. We know that being a BCBA can feel isolating, which is why we've intentionally cultivated a powerhouse clinical team dedicated to collaboration, brainstorming, and backing you up.
Whether you are a seasoned BCBA looking for a breath of fresh air, or a brand-new grad eager to take flight with a safety net of expert mentorship, Lighthouse is the place where your career grows without the burnout.
The Lighthouse Welcome: We are thrilled to offer a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for BCBAs after six months of client service, as well as mileage reimbursement from the get-go to support your travel!
What You'll Do:
As a Lighthouse BCBA, you aren't just managing cases; you are empowering families. You'll get to:
* Investigate & Innovate: Conduct FBAs and design positive behavior support plans that actually work for the child's unique world.
* Lead & Inspire: Coach and mentor our dedicated RBTs/staff, teaching them everything from proactive strategies to top-tier deescalation techniques.
* Pivot with Monitor progress and fluidly adjust programming to ensure our kids are hitting those milestone victories.
* Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with families and our robust internal clinical team to build an ecosystem of success.
What We're Looking For:
* The Credentials: Master's Degree in ABA (or related field) + a current BCBA certification. (LBA certification is highly preferred, but let's talk!).
* The Experience: You love working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
* Fresh Grads Welcome! If you just passed the exam, don't be shy. If you have the passion, our clinical team has the mentorship to match.
Ready to shine bright with us?
If you're ready to bring top-tier ABA therapy to North Carolina families alongside a team that actually has your back, we want to hear from you.
