Job description
Links ABA Therapy is seeking an in-person BCBA in Newark to provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary teams. You will analyze data to guide clinical decisions, train staff and caregivers, and ensure interventions are evidence-based, ethical, and child-centered.
