Job description
Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, AZ seeks a BCBA to lead individualized, ABA-based care for children aged 2-6 in a center setting. The role emphasizes ESDM strategies and collaboration with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical providers.
Hybrid schedule with 1 work-from-home day per week, onboarding and ongoing training, and pathways to leadership and specialized roles. Competitive base pay plus sign-on bonus and performance bonus.
