Job description
BrightSpring Health Services seeks a BCBA-certified Clinical Director (Missouri licensed) to lead a Youth ABA clinic in a hybrid role across Missouri locations. This full-time position offers USD 80,000 per year with bonus potential up to 20% and requires travel to clinics as needed.
You will supervise staff, develop and monitor behavior plans, conduct assessments, and ensure treatment integrity and regulatory compliance across sites.
