Job description
TTF Search and Staffing in Herndon, VA seeks a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) to lead a clinic-based ABA day program for clients in Herndon. The BCBA will oversee all facets of treatment, including intakes, BIPs, and coordinating with families and staff.
Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, conducting parent training, and monitoring progress to ensure meaningful outcomes. Must hold a Master’s, BCBA/BCBA-D, and VA licensure or be eligible for licensure.
