Job description
Soar Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to join a dedicated team delivering play-based, trauma-informed ABA aligned with ESDM. Work in a center with collaboration among SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical providers to ensure high-quality care for young children.
The role offers a base salary of $81,000 to $103,500 per year, with signing bonuses up to $6,000 and an ongoing annual bonus of $3,800. Hybrid schedule includes one telework day per week, with potential for more based on center needs.
