Job description
We Laugh & Learn is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior plans at our Grand Blanc location. The role focuses on ensuring effective implementation of treatment plans across client programs and requires collaboration with families and other service providers.
You will supervise RBTs/BTs, coordinate with the clinical team, prepare documentation, and participate in insurance-related processes and meetings.
