Job description
Action Behavior Centers is seeking a highly experienced BCBA to lead our clinical team in delivering high-quality ABA therapy for children. You will oversee patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor clinical staff.
The role offers a competitive compensation package up to $120,000 annually, a hybrid work model with up to 3 remote days per month, generous PTO, CEU opportunities, and paths toward center leadership.
