Job description
Behavioral Innovations in Cockeysville, MD is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and shape ABA care across Maryland. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a path for growth within a center-based setting.
You will manage caseloads of 8–10 enrolled children, receive weekly on-site support from Area Clinical Leaders, and access extensive CEU opportunities.
