Job description
Abilities Unlimited ABA in Clarksville, TN is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. You will conduct assessments, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with schools and families to improve outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000–$92,000 plus up to $10,000 in annual bonuses, a manageable caseload of 8–10 clients per BCBA, and direct access to company leadership.
