Job description
Midwest Autism & Therapy Center is seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our Woodbury team. This role provides clinical oversight, mentors clinical staff, ensures delivery of high-quality ABA services, and supports the continued growth of our programs.
As a BCBA, you will supervise RBTs, maintain appropriate clinician-to-client ratios, implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity, and promote evidence-based practices across the team.
