Job description
Behavioral Innovations in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and shape ABA care across Maryland.
The position offers a salary of $95,000–$140,000 per year, with up to $40K retention, a $10K sign-on or relocation bonus, and performance bonuses. Schedule is Monday–Friday with center-based work and a defined career ladder.
