Blue Gems ABA in Rockville, MD is seeking a BCBA to lead assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while partnering with families and schools. You will analyze data to guide decisions, monitor client progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in ongoing clinical trainings and team mentoring.
