Job description
Ability Builders in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on-site to lead clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
You will supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, analyze client data for progress, train families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support skill generalization across environments.
