Job description
Inner Circle Autism Network (ICAN) is seeking an experienced Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical staff, oversee supervision, and maintain high-quality ABA services for children with autism.
The ACD will mentor BCBAs, supervise RBTs, manage fieldwork trainees, ensure payer and regulatory compliance, and drive outcomes while maintaining a limited clinical caseload. This role partners with Clinical Directors to shape program development and staff growth across ICAN clinics.
