Job description
Hope’s Autism Clinic is seeking a Site Director to lead a TAC site, ensuring ethical, evidence-based ABA services for children aged 2–8. You will supervise clinicians, manage safety, supervise training, and drive site metrics while coordinating scheduling and onboarding to keep the site at capacity.
Collaboration with regional leaders and parents is essential for success. You will champion policies aligning clinical best practices with operational decisions, while handling personnel relations
