Balance Autism in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor to lead individualized ABA programs for children with autism and to coordinate with families and staff for progress.
You will assess strengths and deficits, supervise a team of Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with families and professionals for a comprehensive, data-driven approach. This onsite role is deeply rewarding.
