Job description
Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our care team in Westborough, MA. The role focuses on developing behavior plans, analyzing target behaviors, and supporting staff with plan procedures while maintaining high-quality data for patient care.
The BCBA will lead data collection and analysis, supervise RBTs, and coach families/caregivers in applying treatment protocols within a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
