Job description
Jeter Therapy Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in person with individuals who have developmental disabilities and autism in Shreveport, Louisiana. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and ensure documentation meets HIPAA standards.
You will collect data, monitor progress, train staff and caregivers, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
